I’d like to take this opportunity to thank each and every one of you who’s been involved with this nearly two year old project.
DSN Radio was born out of necessity back in February 2012. Since its inception we’ve had many triumphs and trials alike. Starting something new can be both exciting and precarious – many people have come and gone since the beginnings.
While I have gone back to terrestrial, the DSN has not been forgotten. No matter the struggle, all three stations have remained “on the air”, and all three stations have continued to maintain a vast worldwide audience.
As we near the end of another year it is with some amount of sadness that I am announcing the closure of Double D Media, Inc. With our operations scaled back there is simply no need for such a cumbersome corporate structure. All brands, property, and equipment belonging to DDMI have reverted back to me personally – and the streams will continue.
I hope you will continue to enjoy our cutting edge blend of hit, rock, and country music our stations have to offer. As the dust begins to settle and 2014 sets in, I have plans to continue the growth of our network of stations and keep ourselves positioned at the cusp of the future.
To all of our listeners, advertisers, staff, and supporters I cannot thank you enough. Double D Media has brought me unmeasurable amounts of both elation and grief. Words simply can’t express how much this experience has meant to me and how many tough lessons I’ve learned.
I’d like to wish you all the happiest of holidays and a much better New Year. The DSN will continue, and I hope that you’ll continue to support our free network of music!
